近日，PPG工业涂料(IC)大中华区和卡莱流体技术集团(Carlisle Fluid Technologies)在上海共同举办了“创新日”活动。本次活动充分展现了PPG作为全方位解决方案，特别是环保解决方案供应商的实力。
Industrial coatings (IC), Greater China, co-hosted an Innovation Day event in Shanghai with partner Carlisle Fluid Technologies to highlight PPG’s capabilities as a full-solution provider, and particularly, its environmentally friendly solutions.
PPG工业涂料(IC)大中华区技术总监Owen Liu表示：“PPG与时俱进，不断创新。通过这样的活动，我们不仅能够展示我们的尖端涂料，还能与我们的客户进行面对面的沟通，这使得我们也有机会收到反馈并与他们建立更长久的合作关系。”本次活动为期一天，有超过200名PPG团队成员和IC客户参加。
“PPG is constantly innovating. With events like this, we are able to showcase our cutting-edge coatings,” said Owen Liu, PPG technical director, IC, Greater China. “And because these types of activities allow for direct dialogue between PPG and our customers, we have the opportunity to get feedback and to build stronger relationships.”
More than 200 people – a mix of PPG team members and IC customers – took part in the one-day event.

Customers representing a variety of industries discussed their needs, informing the company on how to best serve all IC customers. Among the 11 industries represented were HDE (heavy duty equipment), GF (general finishes) and 3C (computers, consumer electronics and communication).

Presentations were delivered on the following topics along with opportunity for discussion of each:
Progress related to Greater China laws and regulations
Problems and solutions related to solvent-borne and waterborne coatings
Paint for robot technology (relative to the Internet of Things)
两百余人参与了此次活动。

当天的“创新日”活动还包含一场关于喷涂智能的课程(涵盖了自动涂料供应系统、自动配比系统和自动轮廓设计系统);此外，会场还展示了一系列绿色产品(包括水性涂料，高固体涂料和高转移效率粉末)。本次活动也为与会者提供了一个建立人脉的机会。
The day also included a class on painting intelligence (covering automatic paint supply systems, automatic proportioning systems and automatic contour design systems), the presentation and demonstration of green products (including waterborne coatings, high- solid coatings and high-transfer efficiency powder) and plenty of opportunity for networking.
这次活动是工业涂料“创新日”的首秀，作为一场年度盛会，今后这样的活动还将继续举办。
